Hi, Cometochina,

Whether it's intentional or not, there's a stunning contrast between the pictures you've posted of yourself as an agent of harmony, simplicity, and beauty; and those of the world (and even the universe) as an agent of discord, fractals, and chaos. Sometimes this is evident in a single frame, as in, for instance, the picture of scattered brown leaves with your human shadow (as complete form) essentially burned into it. As though to hide your weariness of seeing itself, you cover your eyes in the darkness with sunglasses in some pictures (and expose only your own complete, human beauty); while in others, you reveal your very weariness with your sunglasses off as if to show that you have succumbed yourself to the lined and folded and cracked world around you. But this world, at the same time, as with the demolition picture of the building, has a particular beauty of its own--a sort of vine-like destructive beauty, an aesthetic of which you, too, are included and which you fully accept by revealing yourself in it; the lasting permanence of this aesthetic is captured as though destroyed forever, too, in the winter picture of the snow-blocked dam or perhaps it is a canoe stradling that frozen stream that is seemingly thwarted by it.

Really great stuff.
